What are your roles/duties in the club?

Sanya and I oversee the other exec members and ensure we are all on track to accomplish our goals! We set agendas and short/long term goals for the club as a whole. 

 

Why did you start this initiative?

We started this initiative during the height of the pandemic as we saw a gap in care for our seniors. Without the possibility of regular visits in senior care homes, the epidemic of loneliness has become exacerbated by COVID-19. We wanted to provide an opportunity for students at McMaster to make a difference in the lives of seniors in the Hamilton region.

I can tie a cherry stem with my tongue :p
